Q: What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM. Please don’t leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as I can with a return phone call. If there is an emergency please contact us at americanpatriotfishing@gmail.com

Q: What to do upon arrival?

Boarding begins two hours prior to your departure time, no earlier! Please do not arrive early to the marina as parking can become an issue. Arriving in the two hour window there will be crew directing you to the parking & check-in for your trip. 

Q: Do you have ice?

Yes. we have a saltwater ice machine on board to pack your fish during the trip. Rose Marina has ice for purchase if necessary. 

Q: Cooler demensions 

19H x 35L (If it DOES NOT fit under the bench it WILL NOT go)

Q: Are there showers on board?

Yes! There is a freshwater shower available to our anglers in two of the four restrooms on board.

Q: Can we bring our cell phone? Is there service?

You may bring your cell phone, but there is no service. You are responsible for your own items onboard the boat. We hold zero responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items on your trip.

Q: Are there electrical outlets onboard?

There are standard outlets available throughout the main cabin. We DO NOT have outlets in the bunk room, if you have a CPAP machine we kindly ask you purchase a portable power pack similar to this one listed here

Q: When will you know if my trip is going or not?

In the event of a weather cancellation, the office or Captain Ralph himself will email you 48HRS before the trip to notify you of the cancellation. Any mechanical issues or outside circumstances will be communicated to every registered angler on a given trip prior to departure.

Q: I can’t go. Can I get a refund?

At least 90 day notice prior to date of departure is required for a full refund for individual bookings and at least 180 day notice for private charter bookings. Within 90 to 30 days from departure date is a rebooking to future trip only. 30 days or less is a full forfeiture of your fare. Captain Ralph reserves the right to cancel due to weather with no less than 48 hrs notice. Weather cancellations are rebooking/ reschedule only to a future trip and are NOT subject to the original booking 90-day notice of cancellation for a full refund.
ALL Weather Cancellations are NON Refundable.

Q: Do you have a LIVE WELL onboard?

We have two live wells on board for your use.

Q: I have tackle questions. How do I speak with the Capt about this?

Nikki & Joe handle bookings, reservations, website updates, Facebook posting, general information, and customer service. If you have specific tackle questions, we urge you to email Captain Ralph americanpatriotfishing@gmail.com. If you can’t find the info you need on our tackle suggestion page, please reach out via email or social media.

Q: What’s included in the pricing of every trip?

3 Meals per day, bait & bunk are included in any pricing you see.
